I am worried about my samples being lost or damaged during shipment?

In our resources, we give thorough instructions how to best prepare, pack, and ship your samples to ensure they arrive with us in the best conditions possible. Please check our Tips for Sample Preparation, Packaging and Shipping and Sample Submission Guidelines. Our order handling and services team is always happy to support you and easily approachable via services@lexogen.com. Lexogen cannot be held liable for any lost or damaged samples caused by the selected carrier. This also includes shipments or pick-ups that Lexogen has organized for the customer.
