Can I split the data analysis codes that come with the QuantSeq kit so that different users can use runs from the same code?

Yes. This is especially useful for core facilities so they can distribute separate codes to each user for Lexogen data analysis solutions. In order to split one code into several codes, contact support@lexogen.com and provide the following details:

• The data analysis code that you would like to split.

• The Kit with which the libraries were prepared: FWD or REV.

• Specify how many codes to split the original code into and how many runs to allocate on each one.
