CORALL FFPE RNA-Seq

The CORALL FFPE Whole Transcriptome RNA-Seq Kit enables the streamlined generation
of Illumina-compatible libraries from FFPE-extracted RNA. The CORALL FFPE Whole Transcriptome RNA-Seq Kit can be used with either total RNA inputs or after ribosomal RNA (rRNA) depletion. We recommend the Lexogen’s RiboCop Kits for rRNA depletion. RiboCop is available for Human/Mouse/Rat (HMR), HMR+Globin, Bacteria (Gram positive, Gram negative, and species-universal options), Yeast, Plant, and Fish. For convenience, bundles of CORALL FFPE and RiboCop HMR V2 are available for purchase (Cat. No. 233 - 234).
