How do I specify if I am uploading SR or PE files?

For SR data analysis (Read 1 only), please fill in the column “File_Name_R1” of the Sample File with the exact name of the FASTQ files to analyze. The column “File_Name_R2” must be left EMPTY.

NOTE: Please, upload the Read 1 FASTQ files to analyze to the sFTP folder.

For PE data analysis (Read 1 and Read 2 provided), please fill in both the column “File_Name_R1” and the column “File_Name_R2” of the Sample File.
When filling in these columns, use the exact name of the FASTQ files to analyze.

NOTE: Please, upload the Read 1 and Read 2 FASTQ files to the sFTP folder.
