Lexogen's QuantSeq-Pool 3' mRNA library preparation protocol is designed to generate sequence-ready, Illumina-compatible libraries from total RNA within 4.5 hours. When carrying out the protocol for the first time, please allow for more time, including time for performing the qPCR assay.
