I can only extract a limited amount of RNA from my starting material. How much RNA should I send for library preparation?

Lexogen’s RNA-Seq library kits are compatible with low (<10 ng RNA input) and ultra-low input samples (below 1 ng of total RNA). However, the amount of input RNA differs for different applications, so please get in touch with services@lexogen.com to discuss your specific case. We also offer RNA extraction services and are experienced in working with material containing limited RNA amounts.
