Is QuantSeq with UDI V2 suitable for the analysis of FFPE samples?

Yes. Low-quality and FFPE samples can be used with QuantSeq with UDI V2.
When comparing data generated using QuantSeq with UDI V2 from fresh frozen (FF) and FFPE samples, we observe a high overlap of detected genes.
