SENSE mRNA and Total RNA-Seq Library Prep Kits

The SENSE Total RNA-Seq and SENSE mRNA-Seq Library Prep Kits (for Illumina, Cat. No. 009 and 001) have been discontinued by Lexogen in January 2020, and November 2021, respectively.

The SENSE mRNA-Seq Library Prep Kit for Ion Torrent (Cat. No. 006) was also discontinued as of July 2019.

We recommend using the CORALL Total RNA-Seq and CORALL mRNA-Seq Library Prep Kits, with Lexogen’s 12 nt Unique Dual Indices for all new whole-transcriptome projects.
