The TeloPrime Full-Length cDNA Amplification Kit V2 is a 5' cap-specific protocol for generating full-length cDNA from total RNA. TeloPrime cDNA is compatible with various downstream applications including NGS. Illumina short-read sequencing, as well as long-read sequencing on Pacific Biosciences and Oxford Nanopore Technologies platforms are supported.
