What are the Plate Adapters and when should I use them?

If you would like to avoid prolonged standing time and ensure matrix is horizontal after Storage Buffer removal, we suggest using a swing-out rotor centrifuge in conjunction with our Column Adapters for Plate Centrifuges (Cat. No. 239). The adapters will enable the spinning of columns in a plate centrifuge with swing-out rotor, resulting in formation of a flat resin surface. The adapters can hold up to 24 tubes of 1.5 or 2 ml each, allowing for multiple samples to be processed simultaneously.
