The recommended input range for efficient depletion of rRNA with RiboCop rRNA Depletion Kit for Plants is 1 – 1,000 ng of total RNA.
NOTE: When working with degraded plant RNA, we recommend starting with a minimum of 10 ng of total RNA (but not exceeding 1 µg).
