What is the recommended input for CORALL Total RNA-Seq V2 library preparation?

CORALL Total RNA-Seq is performed either with total RNA as input, or after performing ribosomal RNA depletion.

• The input range is 1 ng – 1 ug of total RNA for ribosomal RNA depletion. We recommend the use of Lexogen's RiboCop rRNA Depletion Kits for rRNA depletion (see also our RiboCop FAQ). In case other rRNA depletion kits are used upstream of CORALL, please adhere to the respective rRNA depletion input specifications described in the CORALL Userguide.

• Total RNA without depletion or enrichment (100 pg to 100 ng) can also be used, if required.
