What is the recommended input for LUTHOR HD Pool library preparation?

Cell suspensions containing 1 – 100, or FACS-sorted, intact single cells can be used as input. Additionally, ultra-low amounts of high-quality purified total RNA (10 pg – 1 ng) can be used as input.
