QuantSeq libraries are intended for a high degree of multiplexing. Indices are introduced as standard external barcodes during the Endpoint PCR amplification.

Our QuantSeq Kits are available with up to 384 Unique Dual Indexing (UDIs): QuantSeq FWD (Cat. No. 191 -196), QuantSeq REV (Cat. No. 225) and QuantSeq FFPE (Cat. No. 222 - 223).

Lexogen’s 12 nt UDIs are also available as stand-alone Add-on Kits (indices and PCR reagents) or Index Sets (indices only).
