What solution is the 4-Thiouridine (S4U) dissolved in?

The S4U in the SLAMseq kits is dissolved using a solvent that is fully compatible with addition to cell culture medium for labeling. The SLAMseq Explorer Kit Cell Viability Titration Module (Cat. No. 059) can be used to assay any viability effects of S4U in your chosen cell line, prior to conducting kinetics experiments.
