What species are available for data analysis using activation codes?

If your species of interest is not listed in the “Genome Annotation” dropdown menu of the request form but is available on the list, please specify the species in the “new species request” field and we will upload the respective genome free of charge.

If your species of interest is not listed or if you would like to use a different version of the already available genome annotations, please provide us with the link to the reference genome in the “new species request” field. In this case, the upload of the new genome will be charged as a service fee.

When requesting the upload of new genomes, the processing of the data might take longer as the references need to be formatted for compatibility with our internal pipeline.
