Which Dual Indexing Kits are compatible with QuantSeq?

QuantSeq FWD, REV, FFPE and Flex Library Prep Kits are compatible with Lexogen’s UDI 12 nt Unique Dual Indexing V2 Add-on Kits (Cat. No. 198 - 203). Please note that QuantSeq FWD (Cat. No. 191 - 196), REV (Cat. No. 225) and FFPE (Cat. No. 222 - 223) V2 Kits include 12 nt UDIs.

ATTENTION! The QuantSeq-Pool library prep kit does not include UDI plates!

To incorporate UDIs in QuantSeq-Pool libraries (i.e., multiplex more than 96 samples together), you will need the Lexogen UDI 12 nt Unique Dual Indexing Sets (Cat. No. 101 - 105 and 156).

The PCR reagents included in the QuantSeq-Pool Library Prep Kit (i.e., PCR Mix and PCR Enzyme Mix) are compatible with the Lexogen’s 12 nt UDI sets and therefore do not need to be replaced by the PCR reagents included in the UDI Add-on Kits.
