Which kits are the Globin Block Modules compatible with?

The Globin Block Modules can only be used with the QuantSeq 3' mRNA-Seq FWD V2 (Cat. No. 191 - 196) and REV V2 (Cat. No. 225) Library Preparation Kits. They can also be used with the QuantSeq 3' mRNA-Seq Kit (FWD) for Ion Torrent (Cat. No. 012).

The Modules are not compatible with the following kits:

• CORALL RNA-Seq V2 Library Prep Kits (including Stand-alone CORALL RNA-Seq V2 Kits Cat. No. 171 - 176, CORALL mRNA-Seq V2 Bundles with Poly(A) Selection Cat. No. 177 - 182 and CORALL Total RNA-Seq V2 Bundles with RiboCop rRNA depletion Cat. No. 183 - 186)

• LUTHOR HD 3' mRNA-Seq Library Prep Kit (Cat. No. 221)
