What should I do if my FASTQ files exceed the size limit?
If FASTQ files slightly exceed the size limit, you can attempt to compress your files with 7-zip for windows computer.
For Mac Os and Linux, you can use the following command line:
gunzip -c some_file.fastq.gz | gzip -9 > some_higher_compressed_file.fastq.gz
Alternatively, you could also try to sub-sample reads with awk. Please check this command line tutorial
If needed, additional quotas can be purchased separately at sales@lexogen.com.
