How do I submit a Data Analysis Request?

Please read and follow the instructions below to submit a request for data analysis.

ATTENTION! Prepare your activation code(s)* before submitting your request.

To submit your Data Analysis Request:

• Go to the Lexogen Customer Portal

• Click on “Data Analysis Request”

• Fill in the Data Analysis Request form

• Download and fill in the Sample File (sample_file.csv) available on this webpage

• Save the file in .csv format and upload it to the form (see FAQ How do I fill in the Sample File?)

ATTENTION! Samples to be merged must have the same sample name.

• Submit your request

After submitting your request, you will receive an automatic notification including your private login credentials to access an sFTP folder and upload your FASTQ files** (see also How to upload and download my data? for more information).

* The activation codes are provided with a fixed number of data analysis runs equal to the number of library preps included in the purchased kit. This enables one data analysis pipeline run for each library (i.e., FASTQ file).

** Our QuantSeq pipelines (FWD and REV) utilize single-read data. Please, only upload your Read1.fastq files
