How should I sequence CORALL V2 libraries? What sequencing format should be used?

CORALL libraries can be sequenced in either single-read (SR) or paired-end (PE) mode.

• For libraries generated with RTM, we recommend SR50 - 150 and PE50 - 75.

• For libraries generated with RTL, we recommend SR150 and PE100 - 150.

The choice of sequencing format may also depend on the particular application.
