The table below lists the available Add-on Modules and Kits and their compatibility with Lexogen Library Prep kits.

NOTE: The UMI and Globin or BC1 Block Modules for QuantSeq can be combined in the same library prep.

UMI Second Strand Synthesis Module for QuantSeq FWD (Cat. No. 081) | Kits: QuantSeq FWD Kits only (Cat. No. 191 - 196). Sample type: all inputs, but best used for low input and FFPE sample. This module can be used in QuantSeq libraries prepared using Globin Block Modules for QuantSeq. NOT Compatible with: QuantSeq REV or LUTHOR. |
Globin Block Modules for QuantSeq (Cat. No.s 070, 071) | Kits: QuantSeq FWD and REV kits only (Cat. No.191 - 196, 225). Sample types: whole blood total RNA from human or pig (Sus scrofa). This module can be used in QuantSeq libraries prepared using the UMI Second Strand Synthesis Module for QuantSeq. NOT Compatible with: QuantSeq-Pool, CORALL, or LUTHOR. |
BC1 Block Module for QuantSeq (Cat. No. 167) | Kits: QuantSeq FWD and REV kits only (Cat. No.191 - 196, 225). Sample type: mouse brain/neuronal cell input RNA. NOT Compatible with: QuantSeq-Pool, CORALL, or LUTHOR. |
