• CORALL FFPE contains only RTM chemistry, whereas CORALL Total V2 contains both RTL and RTM chemistries.

• CORALL FFPE provides guidance on performing optional gDNA removal step with Lexogen’s DNA Removal Add-on Module (Cat. No. 235).

• CORALL FFPE Kits are internally validated with FFPE material.
