Are Lexogen UDI 12 nt Unique Dual Indexing Kits compatible with all Lexogen library prep kits?

Lexogen’s 12 nt Unique Dual Indices (UDIs) can be purchased as a bundle together with several of our Lexogen Library Prep Kits, including:

• QuantSeq with UDI V2 (Cat. No. 191 - 196)

• CORALL RNA-Seq Total RNA-Seq V2 (Cat. No. 171 - 176)

• CORALL mRNA-Seq V2 (Cat. No. 177 - 182)

• CORALL Total RNA-Seq V2 with RiboCop rRNA depletion (Cat. No. 183 - 186)

The following kits that do not contain bundled UDIs are also compatible with UDIs. Please see this FAQ for further details.

• QuantSeq FWD, FWD-HT, and REV (Cat. No. 015, 016)

• QuantSeq-Pool (Cat. No. 139)

• QuantSeq-Flex (Cat. No. 028, 166)

• CORALL V1 (Cat. No. 095, 146 - 147)

• LUTHOR (Cat. No. 143)

The amplification reagents which are provided in the CORALL V1; QuantSeq FWD, REV, and -Flex kits have to be replaced by the amplification reagents provided in the UDI Add-on kits (as instructed in the UDI Add-on Kit Instruction Manual).

The Lexogen UDI 12 nt Unique Dual Indexing Sets are not compatible with the Small RNA library Preparation Kit (Cat. No. 052, 058, 135).
