Is the data analysis on Kangooroo free of charge?

Lexogen provides free of charge data analysis for the following library prep kits:

• QuantSeq FWD, REV and FFPE

• LUTHOR HD

• CORALL, CORALL FFPE

A voucher code is provided for free for each purchased QuantSeq (FWD, REV and FFPE), LUTHOR HD and CORALL (Total, mRNA and FFPE) library preparation kits. The voucher code can be found on the microtube holder of the library module (e.g., Where do I find my activation code for data analysis?).

A voucher code must be purchased for the analysis of the following library prep kits:

• miRVEL small RNA: Discovery and Profiling

• Whole Transcriptome Sequencing from Illumina Stranded, TruSeq Stranded, and NEB Next Ultra Stranded
