The CORALL Total RNA-Seq Library Prep Kit enables fast and cost-efficient generation of UMI labelled, stranded libraries for whole transcriptome analyses using Illumina® NGS platforms.

The CORALL Total RNA-Seq Library Prep Kit is used for total RNA inputs, or after ribosomal RNA (rRNA) depletion. We recommend using our Lexogen RiboCop Kits for rRNA depletion for optimal depletion results.

RiboCop is available for Human/Mouse/Rat (HMR), HMR+Globin, Bacteria (Gram positive, Gram negative, and species-universal options), Yeast, Plant, and Fish.
