QuantSeq UMI Module
The UMI Second Strand Synthesis Module for QuantSeq FWD (Illumina, Read 1, Cat.No. 081) enables the addition of Unique Molecular Identifiers (UMIs) to QuantSeq FWD 3' mRNA-Seq Libraries. The UMIs are added during second strand synthesis, by replacing the standard SS1 solution from the QuantSeq FWD Kit, with the USS solution from the Module.
