The UMI Second Strand Synthesis Module for QuantSeq FWD (Illumina, Read 1) is compatible with the following library prep kits:

• QuantSeq 3’ mRNA-Seq V2 Library Prep Kit FWD with UDI (Cat. No. 191 - 196)

• QuantSeq 3’ mRNA-Seq V2 Library Prep Kit FWD with UDI when used in combination with the QuantSeq-Flex First Strand Synthesis Module for Illumina V2 (Cat. No. 166)

These modules can also be used for QuantSeq library preparation where UMIs are included:

• Globin Block Modules for QuantSeq (Human and Pig, Cat. No. 070, 071)

• Lexogen UDI 12 nt Unique Dual Indexing V2 Add-on Kits (Cat. No. 198 - 203)
