Which kits and modules are compatible with the UMI Second Strand Synthesis Module for QuantSeq FWD?

The UMI Second Strand Synthesis Module for QuantSeq FWD (Illumina, Read 1) is compatible with the following library prep kits:

• QuantSeq 3’ mRNA-Seq V2 Library Prep Kit FWD with UDI (Cat. No. 191 - 196)

• QuantSeq libraries produced with the kits listed above when used in combination with the QuantSeq-Flex First Strand Synthesis Module for Illumina V2 (Cat. No. 166)

These modules can also be used for QuantSeq library preparation where UMIs are included:

• Globin Block Modules for QuantSeq (Human and Pig, Cat. No. 070, 071)

• Lexogen UDI 12 nt Unique Dual Indexing V2 Add-on Kits (Cat. No. 198 - 203)

• UDI 12 nt Unique Dual Indexing Sets (Cat. No. 101 - 105, and 156)

• PCR Add-on Kit for Illumina (Cat. No. 208)

This UMI module is not compatible with the following kits:

• QuantSeq 3' mRNA-Seq Library Prep Kit REV for Illumina (Cat. No. 225)

• QuantSeq-Flex Second Strand Synthesis Module for Illumina (Cat. No. 028)

• CORALL V2 Library Prep Kits (Cat. No. 177 - 182 for CORALL mRNA-Seq V2 and Cat. No. 171 – 176, 183 - 186 for CORALL V2 Total RNA-Seq)

• Small RNA-Seq Library Prep Kit for Illumina (Cat. No. 052, 058, 135)

ATTENTION! The UMI Second Strand Synthesis Module for QuantSeq is also not compatible with, and not recommended for use with library prep protocols or kits from any other vendors.
