Can I use UDIs from other Lexogen´s kits?

No.

UDIs from QuantSeq, CORALL or LUTHOR HD library prep kits cannot be used for miRVEL library amplification.

Additionally, miRVEL Discovery and Profiling UDIs are not interchangeable.
