Do I need the PCR Add-on Kit for performing the qPCR assay?

This will depend on how many pools you process with your kit. If generating 6 or less pools, you will have sufficient PCR reagents for performing the qPCR assay and endpoint PCRs using the PCR reagents provided in the QuantSeq Pool kit.

If you are generating more than 6 pools, you will need to purchase the PCR Add-on and Reamplification Kit V2 for Illumina (Cat. No. 208) and use this for the qPCR assay.
