How do I analyze my SLAMseq data?

To analyze your SLAMseq data, you can use the SLAMdunk data analysis pipeline available on our GitHub webpage https://github.com/t-neumann/slamdunk/blob/bluebee-rc1/LICENSE. This pipeline can be used for free as it does not require any license for the variant caller package.
