What can I do if my QuantSeq REV V2 libraries are undercycled?

In most cases, library yields are sufficient for sequencing. Please refer to our Library Quantification File to determine if you have enough to proceed.

If you do not, the PCR Add-on and Reamplification Kit V2 for Illumina can be used to reamplify undercycled libraries. Please refer to the User Guide for details.
